As some of the first BDOs who work with Education Providers in the company, you will:
Work collaboratively with the other BDOs to identify, develop, plan and execute the model for on boarding international education providers. according to the Company values and functionality
Researching prospective Education Providers who may be interested in utilising the Company platform and creating a database, contacting, negotiating and facilitating the complete online on boarding process for them.
Prospect, connect with and build new relationships with international education providers, including:
Universities,
Colleges,
VET providers
ELICOS providers
schools
Prospecting, generating, qualifying,processing and following up on leads and appointment setting via video / audio calls.
Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly / monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
Deliver both online and in person seminars regarding the benefits of the Company system for Education Providers with the intent of prospecting or maintaining relationships. Local travel to meet agents; attend career expos and conferences (onshore and offshore)
Develop a customer care guide for Education Providers (which will be used by future BDOs or the Company customer care team who will be available via the Live Chat) Develop a lead generation guide / manual to train future staff in your team. Prepare concise targeted proposals and contracts.
Research the laws and regulations around the education industry in each country and create a manual / database of all the varying standards for the use of the internal Business Development team.
Conceptualising and launching advertising campaigns across social media platforms with the help of the graphic design team.
Ad hoc marketing activities as required by management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, or related field.
More than 5 years of experience in ecommerce or education based customer service management.
Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in “Selling via Phone” successfully.
Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs. Customer service general knowledge and sales tactics to interest new vendors. Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
Knowledge of In Design or Photoshop to prepare presentations and graphics is preferred but not compulsory.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
The ability to travel as needed
Self-directed and able to work autonomously. ‘The sky’s the limit’ mentality. Clean and professional personal presentation.
