BMS ASSISTANT MANAGER-OPERATIONS FOR GURGAON DELHI NCR ALL INDIA

• Understanding of IOT, BMS, energy management, O&M of electrical equipment & instrumentation.
• Knowledge of HVAC & electrical infrastructure in retail, QSRs, Manufacturing, buildings & hotels.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (excel, word etc.) & would be plus if he/she has an experience on any ticketing platform such as Zoho.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Responsible for executing the assigned EMS & BMS project on timely manner as well as setting the project timelines, planning, resource & budget allocation for assigned projects.
• Manage the deployment & maintenance (troubleshooting) team and evaluate the operational strategies, performance evaluation, work assignment and recommendation for improvement.
