Compilation of monthly material plan, by breaking down the sales plan into linewise & jobwise production plan to ensure right material availability for the lines and machines are achieved smoothlyMonitor the material movement across the plant by coordinating at various stages of material movement viz. procurement of right material to the movement of material to lines, machines, for production, packing and dispatching to ensure timely material availabilityManage the rework at the machines by collecting rework, releasing rework to ensure timely clearance of rework in line with the desired parameter specifications received from salesAnalyse the data from reports like production, material position reports, Plan v/s Target inventory to identify gaps and develop the action plan along with allocation of responsibility to ensure adherence to material plan targetsEnsure adherence to 5S and TPM and TQM practicesIdentification and mitigation of unsafe conditionsTo create a motivating and engaging team environment by identifying the learning needs of the department and organizing the required training and learning initiatives
