Asst. Manager - Design For Telecom Company in Sector 50 Gurgaon

Position: Asst. Manager - Design

Design knowledge on structural and sheet metal components and an experience in SolidWorks/Solid Edge (either of the two), CAD/CAM, and engineering principles.

 Specific Responsibilities include.

1. Drive a result-oriented culture and an inclusive climate that enables the team to excel in delivering customer value. 
2. Technical leadership experience in designing sheet metal components and structural products like monopoles, plastics/FRP with an understanding of their manufacturing etc.
3. Manage the team and align with the Organization’s purpose, vision, strategy, and current year's programs and deliverables. 
4. Good Communication skills to engage with internal and external customers.
5. Experience in conversion from customer requirement to conceptual stage and further towards commercialization (production)
6. Drive continuous improvement (6 Sigma Sponsor), identify, and develop employees for current and future roles. Ensure the team delivers on all its product commitments (time, quality, and cost) and actively governs through goals and metrics.

Required Qualification 

1. B.E. / B.Tech. with 7+ years of relevant engineering work experience (including relevant leadership experience).
2. System design and project management experience
3. BOM and design management
