Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.

 Attendance Management: Attendance and Leave Record.

 Travel Management: Travel arrangements including hotel booking, air-ticket booking & cab

arrangements for employees and guests.

 Facilities Management: Purchasing & keeping track of stationery items, housekeeping items,

pantry items and ensuring reordering.

 Vendor management: Selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs and ensuring

service delivery. Checking of vendors bills & coordinating with accounts department regarding

their timely payments.

 Process, verify and review of invoices and expense claims in accordance to the company

expense policy.

 Repairing & maintenance: Repairing and maintenance of office and office equipment such as

electricity, plumbing, computers, Laptops, printers, scanners, generators, refrigerators, air-

conditioners, fax machines, photocopier machines, EPABX and other office equipment.

 Annual Maintenance Contract: Dealing with vendors for the timely renewal of all agreements AMC

(Computers, Air conditioning, Photocopy machine & EPABEX System Etc.)
