Job Title : (Executive- projects) Project Engineer_ Mechanical

Experience Required : 5-8 years of Agrochemicals/chemicals in Green field/brown field Projects.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

1 Erection, installation and commissioning of various type of static and rotary, utilities equipment?s & its piping work.

2 Coordination with other engineering discipline for smooth and efficient implementation of the project, engineering consultant for timely delivery of construction drawings for proper sequence of project activities, procurement and operation to ensure completion of the project on time.

3 Preparing piping BOQ from P& ID and checking and review/verifying AUTOCAD & PDMS generated equipment layouts, Piping GA?s, isometrics and models. Documents review and checking like MDS,MR,DesignBasis,PMS/VDS,P&ID, Equipment G.A,Structure G.A, Piping G.A, and Isometric.

4 Handling/supervising of contractor?s, Evaluating and discuss with team for work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.

5 Inspection of various equipment like reactor, tank, utility equipments and submit report to project manager.

6 Planning, scheduling & monitoring activities for timely completion of projects within time, quality, cost & budget parameters.

7 Should be well versed with various code and standard like ASTM, ASME B31.3, ASME 16.5,16.11,16.19 etc.

8 Bill verifications/ measurement checking as per tender conditions.

9 Prepared All types of documents related to job (Daily Report, Material Inventory Status, BOM, BOQ), giving instructions for usage of safety equipments During job execution to prevent accidents. Conduct tool box talk before new work started. Instruct Usage of PPEs.,

10 Actively manages projects from the field, addressing issues that arise during construction and providing resolution at site.
