1) Managing calls with polite greeting.
2) Receiving visitors.
7) Vendor management
8)Other admin activities which includes keeping record of petty cash, ordering business cards, keeping courier record, birthday & work anniversary arrangement, offsite arrangement.
3) Facility management, which includes monitoring office cleanliness, maintain office equipment’s, ensure smooth functioning of office assets.
4) Stock Maintenance, which includes stationery & housekeeping items.
5) Supervision of office boys.
6) Reservation Management i.e hotel and travel booking.
