About the Job
Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to Director Mam, including managing her schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
1. Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
2. Fixing up meetings & and maintaining Calendar.
3. Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
4. Making travel arrangements.
5. Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
6. Opening, sorting, and distributing, emails, and other correspondence.
7. Provide general administrative support.
8. Taking care of all payments & and receipts.
9. Making agendas & and minutes of the meeting, taking dictation.
10. Close coordination with staff members.
11. Coordination with HR regarding new appointments.
12. Follow up with the different office locations regarding upcoming events & and maintain databases.
