Sr.Electrical Engineer For Agrochemical Industry in Gujarat

Job Title : Sr.Electrical Engineer

Department : (Maintenance)

Experience Required : 5-8 years of Agrochemicals/chemicals in Green field/brown field Projects.

Qualification :BE/ B.Tech Electrical

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

1 Planning & Execution of the project involves installations, commissioning and testing of electrical equipment like Motor control system, power control system, Transformer, HT,panels, APFC Panel, AC motor , MLDB, PRP, PDB, etc….

2 Coordination with other engineering disciplines for smooth and efficient implementation of the project, engineering consultant for timely delivery of electrical drawings for proper sequence of project activities, procurement follow ups and operation to ensure completion of the project on time.

3 Electrical power applications for HT/DG/Transformer Licensing work with GEB.

4 Handling/supervising of contractor’s, Evaluating and discussing with the team for work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.

5 Identification of quality issues, raising quality surveillance and getting it closed effectively, Verification of running amount bills and final bills of contractors and report the concern/issues to project head.

6 Planning, scheduling & monitoring activities for timely completion of projects within time, quality, cost & budget parameters.

7 Responsible for Lock out Tag out procedure, cable routing, Earthing and grounding work of equipment. Responsible for performing operations/ routine maintenance of electrical equipment like PCC, MCC,VCB, ACB, Motor, VFD (AC variable speed drive), Transformer & DG Set etc.

8 Responsible for Pre-Startup safety review, Management of change, Incident reporting & investigation, HAZOP etc.

9 Prepared All types of documents related to job (Daily Report, Material Inventory Status, BOM, BOQ), giving instructions for usage of safety equipment During job execution to prevent accidents. Conduct tool box talk before new work starts. Instruct Usage of PPEs.,

10 Actively manages projects from the field, addressing issues that arise during construction and providing resolution at site.
