Responsibilities: -
Ø Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment law and regulations.
Ø Manage on boarding and new hire process.
Ø Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Ø Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Ø Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ø Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Ø Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ø Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Ø Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Ø Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Ø Nurture a positive working environment
Ø Perform reference checks as needed.
Ø Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Ø Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Required Candidate profile
