Consultant- Client Insights (IT/ICT Domain) For Market Research Firm In New Delhi(Remote)

Job responsibility: Working as an individual contributor on business research assignments

1.     Act as an expert advisor on clients key accounts in the areas of IT strategy

2.     Acting as a thought partner and providing opportunity insights for client key accounts

3.     Develop detailed, high impact, and highly researched insights reports on companies that includes facets of the operations including strategy, SWOT, peer landscape, etc., with a significant focus on technology (data center, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, etc.)

4.     Develop high-impact executive summary documents, which balance a high level strategic view with necessary details, on enterprise accounts for a CXO audience

Basic Job Requirements

1.     Hands on experience working on research engagements end to end

2.     This role supports global sales organization and leadership team. The Candidate should have a strong business acumen

3.     Must have skills:

a.      Extensive experience in secondary research and business research

b.     Experience in customized research is must. Experience on different business research projects, including company profiles, strategy deep dives, competitive landscape analysis, market trend and sizing analysis, etc.

c.      Ability to summarize reports and findings. Ability to present reports with a story line than only collection of news release

d.     Ability to handle complex, demanding and time sensitive projects

e.      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

f.      Proficiency across PPT

g.      Sharp and learning individual who can start performing from week 1

4.     Good to have skills:

a.      IT Industry specialty / knowledge

b.     Ability to arrive at opportunity analysis and provide recommendations / thought starters

c.      Ability to integrate closely with internal and client teams

d.     Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision

e.      Proficiency across Excel and Word
