Job Description: -

1. The candidate would be responsible for sustaining and growing the city & revenues with P&L responsibilities.

2. Good in Leading the Sales team in initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones,

thereby ensuring a healthy mix of partners.

3. Laying down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the city and ensuring its execution.

4. The person should have leading the Operations team in delivering the best Customer experience while

having a 360-degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to Optimal utilization of resources.

5. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

6. Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

7. Focused on team building and efforts were made to bring in focus of the team on key business parameters

which are the lead factors for the better result in lag parameters.

8. Responsibility doing a lot of corrective measure on the project maintenance side thus increasing the efficiency

from the capital assists.

9. Coordination with all the support departments to run the operations of the business flawlessly.

10. Responsible for suggesting new business, base revenue projection i.e Top Line and bottom line, strategy

planning and approach for initiating start up.

Requirements: -

 Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

 Experience budgeting and forecasting

 Familiarity with business and financial principles

 Excellent communication skills

 Leadership ability
