Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our MNC Company based in Spaze IT Park, Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounting operations for India and other 8 countries. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports, in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas of improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize profitability.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, and prepare financial reports for management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing accounting operations for multiple entities in different countries is highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
