Job Description:-

• be involved in all aspect of office management such as employee travel, visa processing, plane and hotel bookings. This will be done for India members as well as employees outside of India as well.

• be responsible for office management such as coordination with housekeeping staff, stocking of office supplies, general hygiene of office and office decorum.

• be responsible for managing communication between Spire and its vendors, and other offices. Also manage visitors to office.

• be involved in basic clerical functions.

• Manage data entry of assets and their safe keep

• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

What we require:

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

• Must have a graduation degree (B Com preferred)

• Have a valid passport valid for at least 1 year;

• Must be comfortable with travelling to international locations;

• Excellent command of English and the ability to work on Microsoft Office application;

• Must be based in the Delhi/ Gurgaon and able to join by June 2023.
