Responsibilities: 

Ø Will be section in charge for a section.

Ø Will be in charge of allotted Lab / labs

Ø Maintaining and up keeping of all lab equipment and accessories of asssigned lab and timely calibrations of the lab equipment as per schedule through Maintenance In-charge of the Centre.

Ø Theory classes handling for allocated classes as per the syllabus.

Ø Evaluation and efficiency rating of lab exercises of relevant trainees.

Ø Trainee’s theory file evaluation of the subject handled.

Ø To prepare failed students in subject handled to appear in supplementary examination by making plan (timetable), conducting preparatory tests before supplementary exam and presenting the progress of failed trainees report in MRM.

Ø To maintain relevant IMS documents related to the assigned work.

Ø Submission of all necessary information in connection with unit level meeting to IMS coordinator through Department head by 1st week of the month.

Ø To do the mentoring of the concerned trainees and maintaining the records pertaining to that.

Ø Coordinator for section quality circle.

Authorities to check        :

Ø Activity Display of all the trainees of a section

Ø Time book of all the trainees of a section.

Ø Lab manuals and Theory files of all the trainees for the subjects handled.

Ø To recommend for trainees leave vacation and outgoing pass.
