Administration Manager For Automobile Industry In Pune
Responsibilities :
1. He will be the Administrative and Safety officer of the center.
2. He will be member of safety committee.
3. Responsible for handling all press & media related activities of the center.
4. Receipt of materials / items as per supply order after due inspection.
5. Ensuring procurement of all training related items such as uniform, tool kit, text books, bags, shoes well in advance before the start of the new training session
6. Care and maintenance of the training center building / hostel / Canteen/ garden and initiation of repair maintenance action in consultation with concerned staff.
7. Ensuring safety of the training center / campus and hostel by appointing suitable security staff and their supervision.
8. Ensure proper utilization of the contract staff being supplied by the labor contractor.
Assist hostel warden / food committee for supply of hygienic and wholesome food to the trainees by the canteen contactor
Authorities to check :
1. Activity Display of all the trainees of a section
2. Time book of all the trainees of a section.
3. Lab manuals and Theory files of all the trainees for the subjects handled.
4. To recommend for trainees leave vacation and outgoing pass.
