Sr.Manager For Commercial Administration in Kopar khairane,Navi Mumbai
Designation – Sr. Manager / DGM – Commercial Administration (Sales Coordination / Billing)
Department – Commercial Administration
Location - Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
Qualification Required – Graduate or Postgraduate
Experience Needed – 10 years + experience in Commercials, Customer Handling and Billing
Job Profile: -
Processing monthly Billing to customer
Verification of PO as per the Process
Submission of approved quotes to customers via team
Processing of the dealer bills on monthly basis
Planning service deliveries based on consumption.
Follow up monthly plan and ordering for import.
Services & spares support for customer
Payment follows up with customer periodically.
Initiate Field Failure analysis & recommend resolutions.
CRM & SAP implementation
Review system modification & updating timely.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers
Developing and implementing customer service policies
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations with regards to Monthly IR documents
Negotiating and drafting contracts with customers, and partners.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to contracts.
Analysing and interpreting contractual terms and conditions.
Managing and resolving contractual disputes.
Monitoring and enforcing compliance with contractual obligations.
Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
Liaising with internal departments and external partners.
Working with stakeholders to ensure contractual agreements are met.
ISO implementations and Documentation representing for CAD department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Customer Servicing Skills
Analytical skill and attention to detail are essential requirements for this role.
Good decision-making skills to make recommendations for improvements and execute
timely/correct decisions.
Patience and Good Listening Skills
Team Management
Persuasive, Negotiating and Influencing Skills
Should have good experience in payment collection.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills as this role would require cross functional interactions.
Must also be an Excellent communicator so that he/she can guide their teams and encourage
colleagues to maintain the highest standards of quality.
Should be willing to stretch and manage tighter timelines.
