Communicate effectively with sales manager and customer to maintain existing relationship and build new data base.

Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties , such as answering the calls , making calls to customers & vendors , maintaining calendars and scheduling site visits etc.

Preparing offers etc. for supporting the sales team .

Input new sales enquiries through the company's database and other sources . Update CRM

Preparing weekly , monthly , Annually reports as instructed .

Hotel bookings , Ticket bookings ,etc. for sales & service team .

Send correspondence to customers .

Perform other duties as assigned related to office administration .

Miscellaneous drafting / typing / scanning etc. of documentation .

Preparing MIS .
