Responsibilities include:

• Performing financial and commercial due diligence on client transactions

• Project Management (Transactions)

• Advise client and take part in negotiations

• Liaise with other professionals (lawyers, accountants etc)

• Preparing business valuation reports

• Creating shareholder reports and investor presentations

• Creating financial models, conducting analysis and forecasting

• Preparing financial reporting

• Writing bespoke business plans

• Conducting industry and market research

Qualifications:

• MBA or degree in finance/accounting/CA/CFA qualifications

• Min 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

• Work experience in banking or financial services industry

The ideal candidate MUST have:

• Ambition to learn and deliver

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Commitment to delivering projects on time

• Proactive, self-motivated and high-paced

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Excel
