Finance Manager (MNC COMPANY- SECTOR 47)

1) PURPOSE:
As a Finance Manager you are in-charge of all accounting activities of both financial
and management accounting. You shall be responsible for preparing financial and performance
reports, assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control, and tax studies.
2) RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Preparation of financial statements and company’s monthly MIS reports.
· Preparation of annual budget and report for variance.
· Ownership and responsibility for the company's books of accounts.
· Preparation and filing of company’s GST and Income tax returns well on time.
· Managing TDS calculation and processing payment for the same whenever they fall due.
· Preparation & submission of quarterly and annual return well on time.
· Coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities for matters related to compliance and
taxation.
· Coordination with external parties (e.g. auditors, banks, and other stakeholders) on time to
time basis.
· Managing the overall smooth process of the department.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field or MBA in Finance preferred.
Experience:
· 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis,
investment banking, or other related fields.
· 1 year of relevant experience in an auditing firm.
Training & Certification:
· Certified Management Accountant (CMA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants (ACCA) – holder of this certification is an added advantage.
Skills:
· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
· Attention to accuracy and detail required.
· Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
· Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information
analysis.
