Production Manager For Agro chemical Industry In Saykha,Bharuch Gujarat.,(Salary - 10-17 lpa)


Position: - Production Manager

Location :- saykha Gujarat

Qualification: BE/B Tech Chemical


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

1 Ensure that all the processes and operations are carried out as per the standard work instructions, procedures, and specifications.


2 Utilize Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.


3 Improve efficiency ofproductionby migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilization.


4 Organize, planning and schedule the shop floor activities with respect to theproductionplan and delivery schedule.


5 Debottleneck the problems encountered in operations.


6 Play specific role as per details given in On-Site Emergency Plan.


7 Design training programs for new employees and ongoingproductionactivities to improve effectiveness of existing staff.


8 Collaborate with receiving andproductionpersonnel to review inventory levels and determine shifts inproductionareas that would limit materials and supplies held on hand.


9 Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of QMS, EMS, ISO, OHSAS and inventory management system.


10 Oversee utilization of staff resources to key areas to optimizeproduction.


11 Initiate measures for conserving natural resources like energy, water, paper etc. If required, initiate suitable modifications in plant / processes /operations and utilities.


12 Coordination with the supporting documents like Warehouse(stores), safety, QA/QC, ETP, Engineering, Stores etc. for smooth operations of the plant.


13 Prepare the standing operating procedures and work instructions of the department.


14 Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process, quality system (QMS), environment management system, OHSAS and RC.


15 Leading and motivation of staff for efficient performance.


16 EHS training the employees as per the identified training record.


17 Preparation of RM, WIP & FG to be controlled and maintained through required standard procedures.


18 Preparation of different report fortnightly or monthly.


19 Team motivator.


20 Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.


21 Initiate the modification or suggestion to improve the equipment or operational efficiency.


22 Try to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.


23 Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.


24 Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.


25 Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
