Duties and Responsibilities

 Conducting initial evaluations on the client requirements and issues

 Developing health care plans tailored to each client's needs and in line with the

digital program

 Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviours.

 Working with other health care providers like OB/GYNs, fertility experts and other

medical auxiliary staff

 Supporting clients in their recovery or rehabilitation.

 Resolving patient queries related to program modules, providing guidance as the

patient navigates through the digital program

 Helping patients navigate and connect with healthcare providers, setting up patient

appointments with health care providers

Minimum job requirements

 You have a nursing degree, health coaching certification or equivalent knowledge,

skills, and abilities to help women improve their physical health, fitness, general

wellness, or manage stress

 You have a basic understanding of women reproductive/ maternal health and have

previously consulted/ coached women on their reproductive health

 You are obsessed with helping others improve their health

 You have exposure to DTx healthcare model

 You are able and willing to get trained on a women’s digital health platform

 You enjoy working in an office environment and interested in limitless growth

 You are organized, tech-savvy, and highly motivated

 You are independent and self-directed

 Strong ability to interact with patients over chat and video chat to create a positive

and delightful experience

 All experience levels welcome

Knowledge, skills and abilities required

 Training in women wellness, coaching, nutrition, or fitness

 Working knowledge of women’s reproductive and maternal health, nutrition,

fitness, personal development, and how to facilitate habit change.

 Knowledge of health-related diseases and illnesses, and the typical medical

treatments used to address them.

 Knowledge of the latest trends in healthcare.

 Experience working with patients and/or clients.

 A desire to continue learning about health, wellness, and best coaching practices
