HR Recruiter For European MNC Company - 5 Days (Permanent WFH)

Job timing

 12:00 pm until 9:30 pm IST, 5 days per week

Salary

 INR 25-30k per month

 2 rounds of Interviews incl, the candidate needs to demonstrate his/her skills in executive search process

 Job position 1: Specific experience in Pharma industry would be preferable

Job position 2 : Specific experience in Technology industry would be preferable  

On a daily basis, you could help us with:

 Sourcing talents based on client’s requirements and discussions with clients / hiring

managers

 Identify and manage the potential candidates for open positions

 Shortlist candidates based on their profiles, location, eligibility to work and job

requirements

 Contact shortlisted candidates to present open positions and schedule screening

interviews

 Provide feedback to the candidates about the outcome of the selection process

 Take active role in the hiring process: scheduling interviews with the client, sharing

feedback with candidates and closing the positions

 Manage and update of the database with candidates details and follow required legal

requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

 A degree in Pharma or in HR (B. Pharm or similar education background)

 Previous experience in Pharma company or in Recruitment

 Highly organized and excellent communication skills

 Ability to observe and analyze behavior

 Ability to manage several recruitment projects in parallel

 Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities

 Ambitious, team player & has flexible attitude

 Proficiency in English

 Laptop and access to Internet
