Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget

3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and

ensuring technical feasibility

4. Ensure resource availability and allocation

5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.

7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

8. Report and escalate to management as needed

9. Manage the relationship with the client

10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks

11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements and skills

1. Knowledge of ERP

2. Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or

engineering for technical project managers

3. Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

4. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software

development and web technologies

5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

9. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management

10. Analytical, computer, and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the

software

11. Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish

12. Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully

ERP Project Manager develops, plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Determines the scope of the project. An ERP Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities

and monitors the progress for the ERP system. Evaluates and recommend changes to current and future

ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. Additionally, ERP Project Manager leads the

implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration. Requires a bachelor's

degree. Typically reports to top management. The ERP Project Manager manages subordinate staff in

the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first-level manager. Ensures that project/department

milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.

Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an ERP Project Manager typically requires 5 years

of experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience may be required.
