Profile – OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
Work Location: Gurgaon
Profile: Operations Executive/ Assistant Manager
Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience
Working Days: 6 Days a week
Shift Timings: 9.30 AM - 6.30 AM or 12 Noon - 9 PM
Note- Preference for the candidates who are based in Gurgaon or can shift nearby to the office.
Responsibilities:
· Coordination between B2B Partners for Hotel Bookings and Event coordination.
· Booking Management and Property onboarding.
· Regular follow-up with hotel partners for Checkin/Checkouts/Invoices
· Responsible for organizing records/ information and reviewing data.
· Responsible for compiling metrics into reports, and managing day-to-day operations.
· Taking Ownership of fulfillment of all the booking requirements of B2B partner
Requirements:
· Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is critical.
· Possess excellent written and oral communication skills; strong grammatical and editing skills are required.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
· Should be flexible to work in shifts and rotational Week Offs as per business requirements
