Job Requirements: 

 ·       Experience of 2-4 years in M&A consulting or corporate strategy delivery role overseeing large scale and strategic transformation programs. M&A experience in Chemical and Materials, Oil & Gas, Personal Care, Home Care, HI&I and other consumer serving industries will be preferable.  

·       A proven relentless attention to detail and quality 

·       Industry or consulting experience with financial reporting, transformation/strategy, or other services particularly in relation to M&A or restructuring activity 

·       Flexibility of attitude and a willingness to travel 

·       Ability to work across different time-zones with international clients

·       Advisory - help clients position their organizations to win in an evolving, competitive marketplace. 

·       Support - the project manager/s and consultancy in delivering sell and buy side commercial, technical, and operational due diligence.

·       Identify risks and mitigating solutions for due diligence services offered across the chemicals value chain; including consumer applications, such as personal care and home care. 

·       Perform analysis and synthesize data into useful insights, with experience in market analysis, operational benchmarking and performance improvement analysis and technical evaluation.
