Designation – Manager

Reporting To –QA head of the plant

Experience: 12-15+ yrs preferably from the auto sector or manufacturing sector

Education: BE – Mechanical / Metallurgy / Instrumentation / Production/ Industrial Engg.

 Ensure Seamless Gauge & Inspection equipment management with timely calibration & gauge upkeepment.

Effective & optimum management of Standard room & other resources.

 Identify & Plan requisition for new Measuring instruments /equipment/machines as required for the year;

anticipating capacity & capability gaps and future technological requirements.

 Plan & execute effective audits of manufacturing processes & ensure dispatch quality by allocating resources.

Support Customer Audits & other external agency audits related to Quality in the plant.

 Lead & drive continuous quality improvement initiatives & projects to drive down internal and external

rejections, Quality costs & operating inefficiencies.

 Drive adherence to quality and environment management systems across the plant, take up development for

new system certifications as per plan.

 Identify & plan Quality team’s development needs to ensure team is up to date on quality Skills, knowledge

 Closely co-ordinate with other functions of the plant & other sister plants to ensure collaboration for desired

organization goals.

 Participate in customer complaint , Supplier issues RCAs & improvement plan implementations.
