Roles and Responsibilities 

Coordinate with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs.

Work on end-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment and selection process

Consultancy experience is preferred. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

 Playing a role of Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers by gathering Market Intelligence on skill availability.

- Handle the sourcing of profiles from Naukri, Linkedin etc.

- Managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Handling diverse technical positions across various streams of R&D

- Engage with E-commerce/internet/Start-up industries talent acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile 

Working Days: alternate Saturdays off
