ROLE (Overview of the Position): (Currently work from home)
· As a B2B Appointment Setter for CAPIFUND you will support our sales and marketing team through exceptional prospecting, appointment setting activities, and conversations to generate new business opportunities at the agency level for our sales department.
The official title for this role is BDM Business Development Manager. The appointments you book will be with Business Owners and the first step in our process to help them grow.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies):
Ø As detailed above, you will be required to make calls and book appointments.
Ø B2B Sales at outbound US market is a MUST.
Ø You will also be required to show up with a level of energy and enthusiasm!
Ø Outbound Prospecting: Including but not limited to cold calls, warm calls to existing leads, emails, LinkedIn Messaging.
Ø Qualifying Leads: Using scripts and frameworks to pre-qualify leads for sales calls
Ø Booking Appointments
Ø Handle inbound leads (incoming sales calls, emails) and manage them through the early phase of the sales cycle
Ø Confirm inbound appointments booked
Ø Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Ø Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of energy and perspective.
Ø Reachable and responsive to team members (SKYPE) during working hours
Ø Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments.
Ø Ability to show up READY TO ROCK M-F 9AM-6PM EST; must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends if the situation warrants it.
