Capable Workforce Private Limited, also popularly known as CWF is a Mumbai-based placement and recruitment cell, incorporated on 11 July 2017.

Amid coronavirus pandemic, shortage of healthcare staff was reported by many hospitals across Mumbai and suburban. Capable Workforce is proud to partner with various hospitals to help financial capital of India, Mumbai combat COVID-19 pandemic. We have been recruiting the healthcare staff in Arogyam Hospital, Jai Ambe, Shivam Hospital, Icon Hospital, Vedanta Hospital, Aarogyam (Titan Group), Shivneri (Titan Group), Heritage Hospital and various other hospitals during COVID crises to efficiently meet the growing demand of nurses, doctors and lab technicians.

Capable Workforce is proud to partner with BMC-BKC and NESCO in the country’s war against COVID-19. We have been recruiting the healthcare staff in these COVID centers during COVID crises to efficiently meet the growing demand.

We have also joined hands with Mumbai Police to help and serve them at 1000 Bed Mumbai Police Quarantine Centre.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position of a Placement coordinator is directly involved in sourcing companies, clients, employers and placing recent Graduate students for On job training (OJT) and final placement.

This also involves considerable calling and documentations. We are operating on our apps of recruitments and candidate is expected to learn and work on such digital placement platforms, verbal and written communication efficiency is an integral part of this profile.

Candidate will work in Team with other Team Member and Team Leader.
