Job Description:

Monitoring Preventive & predictive maintenance of rotating equipment. Provide in-house training to the Engineering team about the basics of Condition monitoring technics.

Guiding the maintenance team to act accordingly as per the vibration analysis report of rotary equipment & prepare equipment health analysis report based on the pre & post-vibration results.

Attend critical turbo machinery analysis in various Steel/Fertilizers/Cement Plants.

In the process Review the site CBM Manager KPI and Asset Handling.

Delivery 100% asset availability through their expertise.

Train the employee and CES client to improve their reliability of machines.

Attend critical shutdowns and alignments at customer site.

Discuss with various manufacturing plants in india to understand their reliability areas and giving them solution through Canopus.
