Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Sound knowledge of brand campaigns.
2. Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments.
3. Lead the execution of marketing campaigns (Online and Offline) and their success.
4. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
5. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
6. Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
7. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
8. Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
9. Involved in developing new processes to meet project needs.
Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Have basic knowledge about the Industry located in Odisha.
- Excellent communication skills, Ability to think creatively and innovatively, Professional judgment.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical & MBA Marketing & HR preferred.
