Duties Involved :

• Must support management in review of operations by performing cost-benefit analysis comparing diverse operating programs.
• Lead or participate in requirements gathering
• Analyzing the impact of change across the organization
• Specifying, analyzing , synthesizing business, stakeholder, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with other team members to perform necessary data analysis, data management and modelling leading to creation of impressive dashboards and visualizations
• Gathering detailed requirements that completely define and document requirements and use cases
• Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes and resolutions when appropriate
• Conducting and directing end-user testing responsibilities
• Gather data post-implementation to measure outcomes and impacts
• Work on assignments of moderate scope and within accepted guidelines
• Use judgment within defined practices and procedures
• Healthcare data work experience is preferred

Skills Required

• Must be perfect in MS Excel
• Be able to speak fluently in English
• Knowing accounts and finance work is helpful
