Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness of the procurement process.
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms to ensure favorable purchasing agreements.
- Maintain and enhance vendor relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and specifications of the materials and services required.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to foresee changes or trends in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor forecasted supply conditions, supply chain trends, and the impact of negotiations to drive organizational success.
