Responsibilities:
• Inbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving.
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Provide information about products and services and record details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Requirements:
• Graduation required.
• 1 year of experience in BPO is a must.
Mandatory Skill set : Excellent English + Hindi
Salary : 3.7 LPA ( Depends on Last drawn CTC)
Shifts : Rotational
Transportation : One way transportation is provided for late log out
Mode of work : Work from Office
