Roles and Responsibilities
Provide the sales Support on filed along with Relationship manger, Ready to travel as and when required on filed .
Preferably Insurance product knowledge will be consider.
Develop overall training strategy, methodology and delivery methods (e-learning, self-directed, classroom, on-the-job, blended learning, etc. ) ensuring business objectives and training deliverables are aligned.
Evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs and processes through the use of key metrics.
Develop and facilitate Train the Trainer certification meetings as needed.
Design, develop, and implement training and development programs to increase individual and organizational effectiveness.
Conduct assessments to identify training and development needs; including gathering internal and external data, determining needs that can be met by training, proposing solutions, and calculating ROI.
Manage and maintain compliance training programs and manage re-certification process as needed; including food safety, service training, ethics, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
