Customer service associate- International voice process

1. Inbound / Out bound Process

2. Handling International for the various process.

3. Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.

4. Technical/service support.

5. Service/sales

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

Qualification : Graduates Except BE/B.Tech.

Experience : 1-3 Years

Have excellent English communication skills-

Should be able to speak English & Hindi fluently.

Work from office

Willing to work in night shift for male candidates only / female candidates need to work in general shift

Should hold all relevant education certificates along with work experienced documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)

Experience in BPO domain is preferred.

Both doses vaccinated with certificate

Free Cab facility provided to shifts ending after 8 pm
