Experience: Preferable Two-Wheeler Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership sales targets and objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure the highest level of productivity and customer service.
- Conduct a diagnostic Inquiry allocation study and reveal the sub-dealer to educate him on inquiry losses, potential areas, closing ratio etc. to help increase the sales of the network apart from this educate for digital marketing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure conversation of stated retail sales percentage as under from varied sources of inquiries:
· Walk In 50%
· Telephonic- 30%
· Other- 10%
- Establish and maintain extreme cordial relationship with company officials/representatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns and drive customer traffic to the showroom.
- Manage the inventory and ensure optimal stock levels of Yamaha two-wheelers, accessories, and spare parts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay updated with Yamaha's product range, features, and technological advancements to effectively educate and engage customers.
- Act as a Yamaha brand ambassador and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
