- Proficiency in managing and optimizing assembly lines (Mandatory skill) to improve efficiency and productivity is crucial.
- Experience working on a shop floor (Mandatory skill) and ability to supervise workflow and operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to senior management.
- Must have skills in Manufacturing Processes (Mandatory skill) to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and demonstrate flexibility in meeting production demands.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production processes to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with the team to implement best practices in manufacturing processes aimed at enhancing output quality.
- Maintain and update production documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in the development and refinement of production strategies to align with company business goals.
- Assist with the integration of new machinery and technology on the assembly line to improve capabilities.
