• Proven track record in mechanical engineering with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify maintenance issues and devise effective solutions.
• Experience in maintaining and servicing industrial machinery and equipment in a production environment.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations relevant to the engineering industry.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve maintenance goals.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and clients.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments and evolving maintenance challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate and prevent future equipment failures.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure maintenance activities align with production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Assist in the development and improvement of maintenance procedures and protocols.
