Job Overview:

We are looking for a visionary Growth and Marketing Head to lead our strategic efforts in user acquisition, brand development, and market penetration. This role will focus on creating and executing strategies that accelerate growth, enhance user engagement, and optimize customer experience across global markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Buyhatke’s vision of becoming the leading shopping assistant platform globally.
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead the marketing team to plan and execute innovative campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, partnerships, etc.) to boost user acquisition and engagement.
  • Brand Development: Build and strengthen Buyhatke’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all channels.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and user insights to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Partnerships and Affiliates: Identify and develop strategic partnerships that can drive user growth, enhance brand visibility, and open new revenue streams.
  • User Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention and lifetime value, ensuring a seamless user journey across touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing and growth teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • International Expansion: Spearhead efforts to penetrate new international markets, tailoring growth strategies to different regions.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in growth and marketing roles, ideally in e-commerce, fintech, or consumer-focused industries.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven growth and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with international markets is a plus.
