Business Connect is looking for an organized sales and marketing manager who could contribute to the overall growth of our establishment. The job responsibilities include a lucrative conversion of the generated leads that are ensured by our specialized team. An individual applying for this role needs to possess the following qualities


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designing concepts, Making promotional material, Running various contests
  • Looking out for profitable promotion platforms, Executing various promotions and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Targeting the clients as per event theme for sponsorship, Trying to design events as per client needs.
  • Building up promotions from time to time to increase traffic and convert abilities for retailers
  • Marketing information about other malls Cross Promotions.
  • To Customize the contracts, Sending proposals, Sending offer Letters, Payment follow-up.
  • Making Daily MIS reports, weekly sales call plans.
  • Overall promotions and events
  • Making plans & execution of events.
  • Marketing and advertising and promotion planning
  • Handling of Public Relation with Media , Press and Radio channels

The candidate should be able to generate substantial revenue in favour of our eminent business magazine by bringing a considerable number of sales on a monthly basis. For this, he/she needs to interact with the prospect over mail or via telephonic conversation. 


Moreover, our magazine provides a paid advertisement segment in it as per the industry trends for which the individual must convince the clients to participate which could pose financial benefits to our magazine. The sales and marketing manager should be able to drive strategically toward our product awareness by observing the market pulse and the thriving trends. Above all, what makes a sales manager a resounding success is by maintaining healthy and beneficial relationships with the clients while expanding his/her personal or professional network across the market.
