The Restaurant manager is the profit centre head and responsible for smotth running of day to day store operations. Key results include managing sales and profitability, follow cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management and reviewing financial reports, through the following ·&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure daily and the monthly sales targets are met·&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure profitability for the store is in line with the targets·&nbsp;&nbsp;Reduce cost of sales by monitoring wastage and adherence to specified processes·&nbsp;&nbsp;Reduce cost of sales by minimising utility costs·&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive sales of high margin products in stores·&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive and implement promotions and tie ups taken as part of Alternate Business Channels and Marketing promotions·&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive average ticket size per customer and Ensure revenue reconciliation and high performance in FER for the store&nbsp;
