Role: Sap Successfactor with configuration

We are hiring for Level 5 MNC Client

Position: Permanent (Full Time)

Position: Exp: 8+ years

Location: Pan India

Work mode : Hybrid/WFO

·        Minimum of 8+ years SAP SF consulting experience

·        Must have Active certification in Employee Central.

·        Good knowledge of HR processes across EC modules

·        Experiences working in an onsite / offshore environment

·        Must have involved at least 4 SAP Implementation and 2 Rollout

·        Leading customer workshops for the SF Rollout /Implementation and optimization project

·        Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with solution-oriented approaches and strong collaboration with HR colleagues and business stakeholders

·        Ability to work in multiple modules at the same time.

·        Able to work independently and with others, self-directed, take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented

·        Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows

·        Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios Test scripts and Cutover activities,

·        Good knowledge of system configuration in Solution Design Configuration Workbook,

Good communication.
