Job Description:


We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Success Factors EC (Employee Central) Integration Specialist with over 10 years of experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors solutions, specifically focusing on Employee Central (EC) and its integration with other SAP and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the integration of SAP SF EC, Cloud solutions, and SAP HCM systems to streamline HR processes and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

As a SAP SF EC Integration Specialist, you will work closely with functional and technical teams to design, configure, and implement integration solutions that align with business requirements. You will also provide ongoing support and optimization of the integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP SF EC Integration:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) integration with SAP HCM, other SAP modules, and third-party systems.
  • Configure and implement middleware integration solutions such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Process Integration (PI), or SAP Data Services.
  • Manage and oversee the integration of employee data, organizational structures, and HR workflows across systems.
  • Integration Strategy & Solution Design:
  • Analyze and define integration requirements, ensuring that the integration architecture aligns with business processes and system landscapes.
  • Design scalable and efficient integration solutions for Employee Central (EC) with other HR and non-HR applications (such as Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, etc.).
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless HR process flow and alignment with business needs.
  • Middleware and Data Transformation:
  • Utilize integration middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) for data transformation and exchange between SAP SuccessFactors EC and other systems.
  • Ensure that the data is correctly mapped, transformed, and transferred between systems according to business rules and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization:
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and optimization for integration scenarios between SAP SuccessFactors EC and external systems.
  • Monitor, resolve, and document integration errors, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of integration processes by identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Testing and Documentation:
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure integration solutions work as expected.
  • Document integration configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Create comprehensive end-user documentation for HR teams and other stakeholders on integration-related processes.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with SAP SuccessFactors functional consultants, business analysts, and IT teams to define integration requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions to meet the needs of the business.
  • Provide training and support to business users and technical teams on integration best practices and issue resolution.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Updates & Enhancements:
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities in SAP SuccessFactors EC and related modules.
  • Evaluate new releases and enhancements to SAP SF EC and integrate them with existing systems where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the functional teams to design and implement new functionality and integrations as required by business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration, specifically with Employee Central (EC).
  • Expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Process Integration (PI), SAP Data Services, or similar middleware tools for integration.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors EC architecture, including data models, entities, and integration touchpoints.
  • Strong experience in integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central with other SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, Time Management, and third-party HR systems.
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they are managed in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Experience with API-based integrations, ODATA, SOAP, and REST services in SAP SuccessFactors.
