·        6+ years of SAP Insurance with multi-module expertise

·        5+ Years of Lead role in ABAP development with focus on ABAP OOPS

·        3+ years of SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) with excellent understanding of Key accounting processes of ICM and standards in insurance industries is must.

• 1. Should have in depth knowledge of master data and Commission case creation, building new calculation formulas, ICM events, tax calculations and Settlement reports
• 2. Should have in depth knowledge of ABAP, ABAP OOPS, BRF+, BDTs, ODATA and workflow.
• 3. Should be familiar with integration of FS-ICM with key SAP insurance modules (FS-PM, FS-CD, FS-CM and FS-RI)
• 4. Experience with ECC GL and any finance Sub ledger experience relating to SAP insurance / banking products
• 5. 1 full lifecycle implementation of ICM as a lead is added advantage
