Job Title:

·        SAP Datasphere and BW Conversion Specialist Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Offshore) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Datasphere and BW Conversion Specialist to join our team for an offshore role based in Bangalore or Hyderabad. 

·        The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation and a strong background in data conversion and BW. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage data conversion projects for SAP S4 HANA implementation. ¿ Develop and execute data conversion strategies, plans, and schedules.

·        Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful data conversion. ¿ Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities. Monitor data conversion progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

·        Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the conversion process. ¿ Prepare and present data conversion reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders. ¿ Provide guidance and support to data conversion team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications: ¿ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

1.      Minimum of 10- 12 years of experience in data conversion, with at least 3 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation. ¿ 

2.      Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere, BW, and data conversion methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 

3.      Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 

4.      SAP certification is a plus. Skills: 

5.      Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, SAP Datasphere, and BW conversion tools. 

6.      Strong data analysis and problem solving skills. 

7.      Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. 

8.      Ability to manage multiple data conversion projects and priorities simultaneously. 

9.      Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

10.  Experience with ETL tools such as SAP Data Services, Informatica, or similar.
