Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle SoA Cloud Middleware Consultant/Architect to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of middleware solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and related technologies, with a proven track record of delivering cloud-based middleware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle SoA Cloud Middleware solutions for enterprise clients.
• Architect cloud integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Drive the transformation of existing middleware solutions to cloud-based, scalable, and flexible architectures.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members.
• Manage and optimize integration solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integrations across platforms.
• Implement middleware solutions that meet customer requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Perform system integration, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues in middleware environments.
• Maintain and upgrade Oracle middleware solutions, ensuring up-to-date versions and compatibility with new cloud features.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Middleware technologies, with a strong focus on Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA), Oracle ESB, Oracle WebLogic Server, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong experience in cloud middleware integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
• Expertise in SOA design and architecture, integration, orchestration, and service management.
• Hands-on experience in integrating on-premises applications with cloud-based systems using middleware solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and familiarity with integration tools (e.g., SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud computing principles, especially related to Oracle Cloud and other cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
• Ability to perform technical analysis, create detailed designs, and drive implementation strategies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including system integration and middleware components.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for cloud deployment.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Cloud Certifications in SOA Suite or Integration Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps and automation tools in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
• Experience in designing high-availability and disaster recovery strategies in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
