We are a high-growth, well-funded, young bug bounty and cybersecurity startup looking to expand our on-site Bengaluru security team.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Leading a 5 person security team at BugBase, introducing new initiatives, be the technical POC for clients
• Triaging submitted bug reports on our internal dashboard
• Conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing activities
• Working on internal security tooling (GoLang), Internal threat modelling and risk mitigation
• Engaging with the ethical hacker community, and conveying feedback to the dev team

Qualifications - We don't care for degrees :)

• Strong foundation in web security/ mobile security - OWASP Top 10
• Atleast 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity/information technology services.
• Prior bug bounty experience on HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Individual programs etc.
• Ability to learn and unlearn fast.
• Must-be able to write/develop in multiple languages.
• Experience with HackTheBox, TryHackMe, Pentesterlab etc. (Live/old machines)
• OSCP or otherwise is a must for this role. Other credentials like OSWE, eJPT, SANS or Portswigger go a long way in demonstrating your expertise.
• English is the language of business - We require clear communication skills/ documentation skills from all our employees.
