Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Manager – Process Improvement to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and drive sustainable improvements across our service delivery channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business process management, and a passion for implementing scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Lead and execute process optimization projects across departments (especially finance, customer service, and product fulfillment).
- Define KPIs and metrics to monitor performance and process outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech, product, compliance, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of operational changes.
- Use data-driven insights to forecast operational issues and address them proactively.
- Develop and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure team adherence.
- Drive automation initiatives using internal tools and third-party solutions.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on improvement initiatives, risks, and results.
- Support change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in operations and process improvement roles, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, or technology-driven sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or analytics tools.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies (certification is a plus).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
